The Nestle company uses palm oil for many of its products, including their Kit-Kats. Did you know Nestle buys palm oil from one of the worse palm oil companies, like Sinar Mas (which is the largest producer of palm oil in Indonesia and they break the Indonsian law by clearing protected rainforests for its palm oil plantations)? I pledged not to eat any Kit Kats until they stop supporting big palm oil companies who are clearing the rainforests that are helping fight climate change.
