Project Title
Phone Recycling
Project Description
As a club, we have observed that in our country, Zambia, we do not have a phone recycling agency. We are currently working on paper, plastic and bottle recycling. We are trying to avoid people from dumping electronics any where and any how in the environment. We are trying to create awareness in Zambia by sensitising the public through awareness programmes that do with phone recycling. On the other hand we are trying to fundraise money so as to catch the eye of huge companies such as NOKIA. These companies collect these old phones from some west African countries and ship them off to Europe where they are recycled. We are also supporting the recyclying agencies by collecting plastics, glass bottles and paper and handing them over to the recycling agencies. We are also working on a petition to public which has to be approved by the Environmental Council of Zambia (ECZ). This petition involves the fining of people who burn the garbage, poach animals and cut down trees . By doing so we can create a green and safer environment of Zambia and also the world as a whole.

"Hi Divyanshu, I love red pandas, and I'm glad you seem to like them too. They are decreasing in number, which is why conservation organizations need to work to protect them and their habitat. Thanks for spreading the word!"
